    Rosa E. Castrillón-Sánchez Was Sentenced To Defraud Individuals And Financial Institutions

    Puerto Rico Resident Sentenced to More Than 13 Years in Prison for Bank Fraud Scheme On April 4, 2016, Rosa E. Castrillón-Sánchez, a resident of Puerto Rico, was sentenced to 159 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay $5 million in restitution to victims affected by a scheme to defraud individuals and financial institutions on the island.
