(TMI) has entered a guilty plea to charges of wire fraud and money laundering, announced U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson. John Blake Tinkle, 60, of Tomball, admitted today that from 2008 through 2015, he falsely invoiced Houston-based Westlake Chemical Corporation for approximately $13 million in shipping supplies that TMI never delivered.
